Start where you are. Not where a framework says you should be.
Three paths, one method underneath. Whether you are getting field-ready, driving pipeline, or scaling what already works, the engagement meets you at your actual situation, and larger partners often run all three at once.
01
For partners not yet selling with Microsoft or listed without a clear engagement strategy. Powered by Assess and Enroll.
Get Field-Ready
We get your solution(s) into Partner Center, structured for co-sell, and transactable on Marketplace before the model fully shifts there. Then we build the GTM foundation: visibility, mindshare with customers and Microsoft, and the first real lead and pipeline generation. This is the on-ramp, roughly the first third of the journey, and the part most advisors stop at.
02
For partners who are field ready, but the pipeline is thin or stuck. Powered by Attribute and Activate.
Drive Pipeline
This is my deep water. We map exactly who inside Microsoft will care about your solution and how to reach them, across the account teams and the GTM organization. We sharpen the solution itself so sellers want to sell it: more Azure integrated, positioned as an ACR driver in the customer's tenant, a use case that makes the seller look good to their customer. And we build the co-sell strategy per opportunity, positioning each deal so the customer, you, and Microsoft all have a reason to help close it.
03
We take what you have earned and expand it: into new regions, into adjacent verticals where your solution still applies, and into complementary solutions that open new market access or deepen your footprint inside existing customers. Where it fits, this is also where we build toward executive sponsorship inside Microsoft. There are no shortcuts to that, but for a partner willing to walk the path, I know how to raise the odds considerably.
For partners winning today who are ready to go bigger. Powered by Scale.
Scale and Expand

Every solution gets scored through the same lens Microsoft's field uses.
Built from evaluating over one hundred partner solutions. This scorecard runs underneath all three paths.
Marketplace Transactability
ACR Velocity
Repeatability Across Regions
Consumption and Utilization
Pitchability
Attribution Readiness
Stakeholder Mapping
Azure Stack Depth
Lower-commitment entry points credit toward a full engagement if you continue within 60 days.
Half to full-day session
One bounded topic
Two-to-three-day sprint
A scoped slice for one product
One-to-two-week sprint
A single accelerated decision
Two-to-four-week engagement
A full path across the portfolio
Full onboarding
Two paths combined, 4 to 6 weeks
Bounded, high-value sessions, most useful for partners already in paths two and three.
Co-sell opportunity positioning
We take your live opportunities and build the per-deal narrative that makes the customer, you, and Microsoft all want to close it.
Microsoft navigation mapping
We map your solution to exactly who inside Microsoft will care, by role and function, and how to reach them.
Scale planning
Adjacent-vertical or new-geography expansion, mapped into a realistic, walkable plan.
